    Gandum k Atay mein Halka Salt Add kar Warm Water sy Knead kar k 30 Min k liye Fridge Mein Rakh dein.

    Atay ka Aik Pera Bana kar aik Bari Shape ki Roti Beil lein.

    Ab Desi Ghee lagakar Knife ya Cutter sy Roti Py Strips Bana lein or Slowly Fold krti jayen.

    Aik Pera Bana lein Or Halka Sa Atta lagakar Roti Beil lein.

    Tawa Garam kar lein or Roti ko Taway py Medium Flame py Pkayen.
    Aik Side Change kar lein.

    2sri Side py Desi Ghee lagakar turn kar k Uss py bhi Desi Ghee lagakar Medium Flame py Crispy honay tak pkaa lein.
