1 dashSalt and pepper

1/2 tsp※Vinegar

Mix the ※ ingredients in a bowl.

Julienne the green peppers.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, stir-fry the green peppers, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Add the green peppers into the Step 1 bowl and mix well. Let sit for 30 minutes. They will absorb the flavor and taste better.
