Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1pack Maitake mushrooms
  2. 4Wiener sausages
  3. 5 gramsButter or margarine
  4. 1 dashbit less than 1 tablespoon Mentsuyu

Steps

    Separate the maitake mushrooms and cut the wiener sausages diagonally into pieces.

    Heat butter in a pan, and stir-fry the wiener sausages over medium heat. When lightly browned, add the maitake mushrooms and continue stir-frying.

    When the maitake mushrooms are soft and wilted, swirl in mentsuyu and toss. Simmer for 2~3 minutes and it's done.
