Ingredients

  • 2/3 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 tsphoney
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 3/4 cupinstant oatmeal
  • 1/3 cupmelted butter
  • 1 tspvanilla extract

    Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit

    Line sheet pan with wax or parchment paper.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients together.

  4. 4

    Spread mixture evenly on sheet pan.

  5. 5

    Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.

  6. 6

    Allow to cool before serving.
