Ingredients

1 serving
  • Coffee Version
  • 2scoops Vanilla ice cream
  • 50 mlStrong brew of coffee (or espresso)
  • 1/2 tsp+ 50 ml Or instant coffee and hot water
  • Toppings
  • 2Walnuts (or other nuts)
  • 1Cinnamon powder (optional)
  • 1Chocolate coating, chocolate syrup, etc.
  • Cocoa Version
  • 2scoops Vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 tspUnsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 tspHot water
  • 1/8 tspGranulated sugar
  • 50 mlMilk
  • 7 1/2 gramsDark chocolate (or any chocolate)

Steps

  1. 1

    Coffee Version: Add your preferred amount of ice cream into a glass with an ice cream scoop and chill in the freezer.

  2. 2

    Roast walnuts in a frying pan and crush.

  3. 3

    Pour the coffee onto the ice cream, sprinkle on the walnuts and cinnamon powder to finish.

  4. 4

    Cocoa Version: As with the coffee version, scoop some ice cream into a glass and chill in the freezer.

  5. 5

    In a heat-resistant container, add the cocoa powder, sugar and hot water and mix well. Then gently pour in the milk and mix well again.

  6. 6

    Add the broken up chocolate and heat in a 600 W microwave for 1 minute. Take the mixture out, mix well and microwave for a further 30 seconds.

  7. 7

    Before eating, pour the hot chocolate over the ice cream and top with chocolate coating or chocolate syrup to finish.
