Ingredients

2 servings

100 gramsGround meat
1/2Onion
1 pinchGarlic chips
1 dashSalt and pepper
1/4a head Lettuce
1Tomato
2 sliceEasy melting cheese
2Hot spring egg
2 tbsp☆Sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp☆Ketchup
1 tbsp☆Soy sauce

Steps

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic chips. Add the onions and meat and stir-fry.

Once cooked through, use a paper towel to soak up excess oil. Add the ☆ ingredients and combine.

Pile the rice on plates and top with the meat, then layer the strips of cheese on top. Microwave until the cheese melts, about 30 seconds at 550 W.

Shred the lettuce and chop the tomatoes into 1 cm chunks and add to the plate. Top with the hot spring eggand serve.
