  1. 2chicken breasts; bone-in
  2. 2 tbsphoney
  3. 1 tbsppumpkin pie spice
  4. 1 tspwhite pepper
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 1vegetable oil; as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Toss chicken with enough oil to cover. Season with pumpkin pie spice and salt. Bake at 350°for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 165°. Glaze chicken with honey during last five minutes of cooking.

Chicken was okay. I did not have brown sugar so I used nutmeg.
