My ama usually made tikyan with wheat flour and jaggery first time I made it with all-purpose flour and sugar, honestly speaking tikyan made with wheat flour are more rich in taste ☺️
Cooking Instructions

In milk add sugar and ghee(I used desi ghee) mix them well

Separately in bowl take sugar, semolina sesame seeds

Khopra and mix,then add milk and make soft dough,cover it and put it aside for 1 hour

Then divide it into parts make balls roll it cut it in circles

Heat oil in pan

Put tikyan in hot oil and fry them

Fry them until they become golden from both sides

Similarly make all tikiyan

Crispy and scrumptious meethi tikiyan are ready serve with tea
