  1. 115 grbanana
  2. 55 grtangerines
  3. 55 grlemon
  4. 235ml almond milk
  5. 2 tbschia
  6. 2-3ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Cut all the fruits on cubes

  2. 2

    Put the fruits in a blender and then add the almond milk and chia seeds

  3. 3

    Add the ice cubes and blend for 2 minutes
