Comforting meal to satisfy grumbling tummies.

Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsplain flour
  2. 2good size eggs lightly beaten
  3. 150 mlsemi skimmed milk
  4. Pinchpepper and sea salt
  5. Table spoonvegetable oil
  6. 8thick or 10 skinny sausages
  7. Preheat oven on 200 fan assist

Cooking Instructions

    Roast your sausages in your toad dish with the oil for 5 mins in the preheated oven

    Mix the milk and eggs together in a jug, then add to your flour and seasoning

  3. 3

    Whisk up with a fork or hand whisk until you reach a creamy consistency with no lumps

  4. 4

    After the 5 minutes pour the batter mix over the sausages and return to the oven for 30 minutes.

    Check your sausages are peaking through the pudding which should be nice and golden brown.

    Once cooked dish up with your favourite veg and gravy or just eat as it is
