Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbroccoli florets
  2. 1 cupchopped red bell pepper
  3. 1 cupchopped yellow bell pepper
  4. 1 cuppaneer cubes
  5. 1onion chopped
  6. 1 Tbspchopped garlic cloves
  7. 1green chili chopped
  8. 1 tbsptomato puree
  9. 1/3 tspblack pepper powder
  10. 1/3 tspchaat masala powder
  11. 1/3 tspmixed pizza seasoning
  12. as per tasteSalt
  13. 1 Tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic cloves and saute till aromatic.

    Add the onion, veggies and saute on medium flame to keep the veggies crunchy.

  3. 3

    Now mix paneer cubes, tomato puree.and saute for two minutes.

    Then add rest other dry masala including pizza seasoning. Chaat masala, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well and cook for two minutes. Serve with fresh fruits.
