After a long Puja pumps and show, a rest to body by detoxing is a must. I have taken some antioxidants veggies, saute them, considering to detoxing out the body after Pooja and Diwali.
Sauteed Veggies
After a long Puja pumps and show, a rest to body by detoxing is a must. I have taken some antioxidants veggies, saute them, considering to detoxing out the body after Pooja and Diwali.
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic cloves and saute till aromatic.

Add the onion, veggies and saute on medium flame to keep the veggies crunchy.

Now mix paneer cubes, tomato puree.and saute for two minutes.
- 4
Then add rest other dry masala including pizza seasoning. Chaat masala, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well and cook for two minutes. Serve with fresh fruits.
