We often make this tuna sandwich in my house.

Sprinkle salt (not listed) onto the cucumber and roll on a cutting board. Thinly slice the onion, and soak in water.

Quarter, then thinly slice the cucumber, and drain. Also pat the onion dry to remove any moisture.

Combine the drained tuna, cucumber, onion, and mayonnaise.

Spread it on sliced bread and make sandwiches!
