Cooking Instructions

Take a pan, turn on gas on medium flame, add milk, wait for a boil.

Add sugar, stir well, when start boiling and sugar dissolve completely, add saffron milk, cardamom powder and edible golden yellow colour.

Mix well, now add dessicated coconut powder. Stir till it turns in a soft dough. Lastly add ghee, mix well. It gives nice moisture and texture.

Turn off gas. Transfer in a plate. Wait for a while. When cools little bit, make equal size of rolls. Coat in coconut powder

Ready to serve Saffron Coconut Rolls. Garnish with dry rose petals.
