Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  1. 1 stalkBrussels sprouts
  2. 4 tablespoonsolive oil
  3. Salt
  4. Ground black pepper
  5. 6garlic cloves, sliced
  6. Balsamic vinegar, for serving

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Remove sprouts from stalk. Remove outer leaves if necessary. Wash them well.

    Slice sprouts in half, place in bowl and add olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss.

    Spread on pan lined with parchment paper. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes.

    Remove aluminum foil and add sliced garlic. Return to oven and roast uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes. Served drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
