Oven Baked Drumettes and Onions

I made this using oyster sauce to give the sweetness more depth.
Depending of the size of the wings, adjust the baking time. Recipe by FarmersK

Steps
- 1
Cut the onion into fourths (Leave the slices connected at the bottoms of each wedge so they're easier to handle, as shown in the picture). Preheat your oven to 400℉ (200℃).
- 2
In a plastic bag, add in all the wings and the seasoning ingredients marked [A] and massage well. Add in the onions from Step 1 as well. Seal the bag and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- 3
On a baking tray lightly greased with oil, arrange the contents of the bag. Bake the drumettes at 400℉ (200℃) for 20~25 minutes. Then coat the tops of the wings and onions with the leftover sauce and bake for another 5 minutes.
