Creamy Shrimp & Noodles

Steps
- 1
defrost, wash, shell your shrimp, set aside. (if you are using raw shrimp, after they have been thawed, soak them in some salt water).
- 2
slice green onions. smash and dice garlic. wash and peel leaves off of brussel sprouts.
- 3
pour some EVOO in a shallow skillet until it's hot, then add vegetables. sauteé for about 2 or 3 minutes.
- 4
add your shrimp to the vegetables and continue to sauteé until your shrimp starts to slightly curl. add jerk seasoning and stir well.
- 5
begin spooning the condensed cream of celery, stirring constantly to make sure there aren't any globs. continue to simmer until shrimp are fully cooked. (you may add some water if it is too thick of a consistency for you).
- 6
add the honey, stir well, set aside.
- 7
prepare your favorite noodles however they are supposed to be made, then toss them together with your creamy shrimp and vegetables or just spoon it on top of a bed of the noodles. (you can also use any type of rice in place of noodles if you do not like noodles).
