Ingredients

45 minutes
3 people
  • 3/4 kgbeef chopped
  • 8 pcspotatoes peeled
  • 1 bunchspinach
  • 1 bunchspring onions chopped
  • 2red onions chopped
  • 1tspn ginger powder
  • 1tspn garlic powder
  • 1/2tspn chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 glasswater

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    In a cooking pot add your cleaned beef, garlic, ginger, chilli, salt and 5 glass of water, place on a source of heat and let it boil for about 15-20 minutes

  2. 2

    Add your spring onions and red onions and let them boil for about 3-5minutes

  3. 3

    Add potatoes and let them boil for about 8-10minutes

  4. 4

    Add your spinach and let them boil for about 3-5 minutes and it's ready to serve while hot with your favorite accompaniment. Enjoy 😋👍
