In a cooking pot add your cleaned beef, garlic, ginger, chilli, salt and 5 glass of water, place on a source of heat and let it boil for about 15-20 minutes

Add your spring onions and red onions and let them boil for about 3-5minutes

Add potatoes and let them boil for about 8-10minutes

Add your spinach and let them boil for about 3-5 minutes and it's ready to serve while hot with your favorite accompaniment. Enjoy 😋👍
