Maharashtrian Mutton Curry

Wash the mutton. Add salt, turmeric and lemon juice. Apply all over and keep aside.
In a pan. Dry roast onion, coconut, cumin, garam masalas and roast till nice Golden brown.
Let it cool and then add coriander stems or leaves and make a fine paste.
In a kadhai or pressure cooker, add 1 teaspoon oil. Add ginger garlic paste and saute the mutton pieces.
Add coriander seed powder, hot water and let it come to a boil. Cover and cook till the pieces are cooked. - 2
In a large pan or kadhai, add oil. Add chopped onions and saute well till translucent.
Now add the masala paste and salt and saute well till the masala is cooked well and leaves oil from the sides.
Add cooked mutton pieces and the broth as well.
Let it boil for a 5 minutes and then simmer for next 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with fresh Coriander leaves and Serve with rotis or rice.
