Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupunsalted butter
  • 1/3 cuplight brown sugar
  • 1/3 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1large egg
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cupcake flour
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 1/2 cupchocolate chips
  • 1 cupnuts, if desired

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar together well

  2. 2

    Beat in the egg and vanilla

  3. 3

    Sift flour, baking soda and salt, mix together

  4. 4

    Add chocolate chips and nuts

  5. 5

    Bake 325F 15mins
