Steps

Take little lukewarm water. Add 5gm yeast and 8gm sugar. Mix well. Keep it to rise.

Take 125gm maida in a bowl. Add the yeast with lukewarm water. Mix. Add more lukewarm water as needed to make a soft dough. Keep it covered in a warm place for 40 to 45 minutes.

Take 1 tbsp oil in a kadai. Heat it. Add 1 small onion chopped fine. Fry till brown. Add grated carrot, beetroot, boiled and mashed potatoes and all the masalas. Mix well. Keep aside to cool.

Knead the dough again. Add 1tsp oil knead it well and divide into 6 parts. Flatten each part on your palm and keep some alu mixture in it and close it into a ball again.

Keep the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper. Keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes.

Brush the balls with little oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 20 minutes.
