Okara Salad - Recreated a Tofu Shop's Taste

I love the okara salad found at the tofu shop of a certain department store! But it seems they don't sell it anymore. I wondered if I could recreate it and gave it a try. I can't say it's exactly the same, but it's close and delicious so I wrote down what I remembered.
The container you microwave will be very hot, so please be careful not to burn yourself! I made this using 40 g of mayonnaise, but please feel free to adjust as you like. If the okara is a little dry, try adding soy milk. For the main okara, if possible, using okara from a tofu shop is the best. Recipe by Macchii shokudou
