Method:-
Dough :
In a bowl add wheat flour, onion seeds and pinch of salt and knead a soft dough adding water gradually.

Filling :-
In a pan add oil and once hot add onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Sauté for a minute.Add grated paneer and cook for couple of minutes.

Add red chilli powder, salt, chilli flakes, cumin and coriander powder, turmeric powder and lemon juice. Mix well and add tomatoes and coriander and mix. Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low heat stirring occasionally. Turn off the gas and transfer in a bowl.

Divide the dough in equal parts and roll it out in a round shape. Spread the mixture on one round and cover with another round. Pinch and crimp the edges.
Cook on heated tawa on low heat. Cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes. Brush butter on top if preferred.
Serve hot.
