Wash your white zobo leaf set aside, debone your fish was your pomo too set them aside, then pound your papers with onions and dice some too.

Place your pan on the fire add your oil when hot add your onions allow to salute then add your ginger garlic fry for a while then add your pounded pepper.

Allow to fry for a while bit not deep fry then add your locust beans fry for few minutes add your water, fish, pomo and seasoning cover and allow to cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

At this point add your white zobo leaf cook for 5 minutes and its done

You can eat it like this or with white rice, any swallow of your choice, I even tried it with ofada rice and its was superb.
