Mix all ingredients of batter. Adjust water to make a smooth thick batter without any lumps. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
For syrup mix water and sugar. Boil it to make one thread consistency. Keep aside. - 2
Heat desi ghee with the help of piping bag make round shape jalebis in ghee. Cook it from both sides till slightly crisp. Put it immediately in sugar syrup. Keep it immersed for 3-4 minutes.

For rabri: Heat in pan, both burfi and milk. Cook till it gets thick.Garnish with pistachios and serve with rabri
