I always prefer to have homemade Indian delicious and healthy breakfast to the day with fresh and happiness. So today, I prepared veg uttapam with lots of colourful veggies. It's very delicious.

I always prefer to have homemade Indian delicious and healthy breakfast to the day with fresh and happiness. So today, I prepared veg uttapam with lots of colourful veggies. It's very delicious.
Steps

Mix all ingredients of batter. Add required amount of water and make the batter. Rest from 30-40 minutes to allow to semolina soak water and swell up. Adjust water of batter accordingly.

I blanched the veggies in hot water for 2 minutes. When it cool down and dry, mix rest ingredients.

Grease a skillet. Add and spread batter as per your choice. Place the veggies with seasonings and chilli flakes. Roast both the sides of Uttapam. Serve the delicious Uttapam with tomato sauce/chutney and tea.
