Ingredients

  1. 250 gwheat flour
  2. 100 mlwater
  3. 1 cupboiled chickpeas
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspfennel powder
  7. 1 tspchat masala
  8. Handfulfresh coriander leaves

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Mix the flour with water and make a dough and keep it covered aside for 15 mins

  2. 2

    Mix all spices with boiled chick peas and add coriander leaves

  3. 3

    Roll a paratha and stuff it with chick peas stuffing using rolling pin

  4. 4

    Roast paratha on tawa and apple ghee on both sides

  5. 5

    Serve it hot.
