Cut the onions, tomatoes, green capsicum and lettuce leaves. Keep 3 boiled eggs ready

Now cut the eggs into small pieces and mix with all the veggies.

Add 4 tbsp mayonnaise,1 tsp pepper powder,2 tbsp mozarella cheese

Mix all the ingredients nicely to have a creamy texture. I have not added salt as the mayonnaise is salty.

In a large bowl mix flour and salt. Stir in warm water and oil. Turn onto a floured surface; knead 10-12 times, adding a little flour or warm water if needed to achieve a smooth dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide dough into portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a circle. On a tawa, cook tortillas aka roti over medium heat until lightly browned, about 1 minute on each side. - 6
Now place 2 tbsp filling of step 4 and roll over. Use food wrapping paper to keep it in good shape.
