Put oatmeal in a blender to make a powder

All ingredients in the bowl.
(I used 150g of this tofu)

Mix ingredients using your hand. Make it like a bread dough

Make 3 balls and make a hole. (Wet your hands)

Put some toppings if you would like
(I put sesame seeds on top)

Put in the microwave for 1min (1 piece a time)

Put microwaved bagels on the rack and cool them down
