Keep all ingredients ready.

Heat oil in a pan. Saute onions, garlic, ginger, chilies
(I chopped all in a chopper)
Add salt. - 3
Roll round chapatis from the dough. Place the filling on one side. Grate cheese over it.

Now fold the other half over it. Press the edges gently.

Roast it on both sides on a tawa on a medium flame. Use purified butter(ghee) to coat it.

Remove from flame and now serve it
