Mash the paneer. Add Maggi masala and salt to it and keep aside.

Roast the cashew nuts.

Boil palak with one tomato. Add roasted Cashew nuts and Make a fine paste of it.

Now in a pan, add butter. Then add jeera to it. Cook for 1 min in low flame.

Add onions, Ginger Garlic paste, and Black Pepper. Cook in low flame till onions turn golden brown.

Add paneer bhurji to it. Add all the spices together and mix well. Cook for 3-5 min in low flame.

Add palak paste and cook for 3 mins on low flame and then cover it for another 3 min.

After 3 min, add 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp vinegar. Add Kasuri Methi. Mix well and off the flame.

Topping with some dry fruits of your choice and Serving hot.
