Small mixed fish 🎏 fry is full of protein, calcium, and vitamin. It's easy to prepare this recipe. This recipe should be cooked on low to medium heat so that the protein wouldn't be denatured and tastes good as the fish become crispy. First clean and wash the fish. Dry them under the fan.

Mix all the ingredients carefully with a light hand. Allow marinating for 15 minutes.

Heat the 3 Tbsp mustard oil on a nonstick pan. Spread the marinated fish on oil on low to medium flame.

After 8 to 10 minutes flip them and fry the other side of the fish which will take 5 to 7 minutes.

Serve the delicious masala fish fry with steamed rice and dal.
