I came up with this healthy and easy soup.

I came up with this healthy and easy soup.
Sautéing with olive oil first brings out the flavor of the ingredients. Adding the light soy sauce at the end brings all the flavors together. You can use any kind of mushrooms you like. Recipe by COCOLOVE
Steps

Thinly slice the onion and cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the onions and mushrooms. Add the cooking sake and when the mushrooms are soft, add water and consomme.

Bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add soy sauce and pepper and adjust the seasoning with salt if necessary.

Sprinkle parsley and grated cheese on top, and it's done!
