Corn palak with rice
Steps

Chop onion in a chopper. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and sauté till lightly coloured.

Drain corn and rinse in fresh water and add to the onion. Add ginger paste and mix.

Add turmeric powder and salt. Chop green chillies and add.
Step 4
Add palak puree, yogurt and cream and mix well.
Step 5
Add garam masala powder and kasoori methi and mix.

Cut ginger into thin strips and soak in chilled water. - 4
Step 7Transfer palak corn into a serving dish

Rice
Add some oil in a cooker and add water, rice cook till one whistle - 6
Peel the drumsticks and cut it into small peice and bring to boil for 5 mins then drain it, then add some oil in a pan add the drumstick and add all the masalas and mix them all together till 5 mins (medium flame)
(Rice is decorated from black fondant which is easily available in the market)
