It's weekend and I needed something special for the whole family's breakfast. And I thought of pancakes 🥞 And to make them little bit different, I use maziwa lala ( sour milk) and they were super delicious 🤤 😋. #kitchenbrigade

It's weekend and I needed something special for the whole family's breakfast. And I thought of pancakes 🥞 And to make them little bit different, I use maziwa lala ( sour milk) and they were super delicious 🤤 😋. #kitchenbrigade

Put 1 cup plain flour, 2 eggs, 250 ml milk, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp baking soda,1 tbsp vegetable oil and a pinch of salt into a bowl or large jug, then whisk to a smooth batter.

Set aside for 30 mins to rest if you have time, or start cooking straight away.

Set a frying pan over a medium heat.

When hot, add blueband on the pan and cook your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden, keeping them warm in a low oven as you go.

Serve with your favourite filling. Once cold, you can layer the pancakes between baking parchment, then wrap in cling film and freeze for later use.
