After my electric oven spoilt almost a year ago, I have not had time to get or research for another good brand to get. One of the things that I miss about having an oven is deliciously roasted vegetables. Found out that roasting tomatoes on the stove top is just as delicious!! Also, super easy! We cooked this together with salmon, so it’s fried in “salmon oil”! Best of both worlds.
