Creamy fish soup

A nice and creamy fish soup with a hint of tomato. It's a perfect last minute meal since it's made with frozen fish, the potatoes can be omitted aswell for an even quicker meal.

A nice and creamy fish soup with a hint of tomato. It's a perfect last minute meal since it's made with frozen fish, the potatoes can be omitted aswell for an even quicker meal.

Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes (about 1x1cm).

Boil water and add potatoes, tomato puré, stock cubes and garlic & onion powder. Boil for 10 minutes.

Add the frozen fish and peas, put a lid on and simmer for another 10 minutes - stir and break up the fish with a spatula every now and then.

The soup is ready when the fish has completely fallen apart and cooked through.

Add creme fraiche, cream and a pinch of black pepper. Stir and serve!
