Slice / chop mushroom and keep aside.

Finely slice onion and assemble all ingredients.

In moderate heat pan add oil + butter, add onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes till onion turns pinkish or turns translucent. Then add garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes under medium flame.

Then add mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes.

Now add fresh cream, add pepper powder + red chilli powder + salt, mix well and simmer under medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Very slight haldi can be added but its optional.

Now add warm water and cook mushrooms for 3-4 minutes.

Add milk + cheese + coriander, mix well and simmer for 4-5 minutes under low to medium flame. Quantity of milk depends on the consistency of preferred gravy.

Now dish is ready to serve.

Serve this delicious dish with Garlic bread / toasted bread / any Indian flat bread.
