Ingredients

  • Quarter of the yam
  • 5large egg
  • Onion
  • Curry and mixed spices
  • Thyme, garlic & ginger powder
  • 2seasoning cubes
  • 1tspn of salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Crack the yam & add all the mixed spices together, slice the onion, add the seasonings cubes & whisk.

    Peel, wash & add salt & water to cook the yam until soft. Cut & deep in eggs.
