Paneer puff pastry xmas wreath

Steps

Preheat oven to 160 degree C.
In a pan add oil and once hot add cumin seeds. Add paneer snd sauté for a minute. Add in grated carrots, green chilli ginger paste and salt. Sauté for a further minute or so. Finally add coriander leaves and mix well. Allow it to cool - 2
Spread cream cheese on the puff pastry sheet. Sprinkle both cheese on top of the cream cheese.
Once the paneer is cooled spread it on one side of the edge and make a tight roll.
Cut in equal size. - 3
Place them on a lined dish in a circle and bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly golden.
Remove from oven and add a small knob of garlic butter on top of each round. Let it cool completely.
Add dill stalk around to give a little festive look. - 4

In a bowl add cream cheese, yogurt and chutney and mix well. Transfer in a piping bag and garnish each circle. Add a cranberry on top of cream cheese. Cut red pepper in strips and make a bow.
