Ingredients

  1. 1 lbbeef tenderloin (you can use another cut)
  2. 2 clovesgarlic
  3. 1 bunchcilantro
  4. Mustard and Worcestershire sauce to taste
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Beef seasoning or bouillon to taste
  7. 1small onion
  8. Avocado salsa/cream:
  9. 3avocados, chopped
  10. 1/2 bunchcilantro, chopped
  11. 1jalapeño pepper
  12. 1/2 tbspcream (optional)
  13. Salt and lime to taste
  14. as neededWater
  15. as neededCorn tortillas
  16. Pico de gallo (I added finely chopped cucumber)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the beef into small cubes and add the chopped garlic and cilantro, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning, pepper, and salt. Let it marinate for an hour, refrigerating if possible.

    In a skillet, add a little oil and place the beef. When it starts to change color, add the onion cut into strips and brown with the beef.

    For the avocado cream, place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender with a little water to help blend everything well. You can add the lime at the end.

    Finally, heat the tortillas, assemble the tacos, and add the pico de gallo, avocado cream, and lime. Enjoy!
