Wash chicken properly then rinse it.

Massage it with salt in and out.Then insert garlic ginger and spring onion inside the cavity of chicken.

Then pour wine inside too.

Boil water in the steamer then steam for 25-30 mins.

While waiting to cook.Prepare the sauce.Slice thinly the spring onion and garlic.Add salt and cooking oil and mix well.
