Cut the pumpkin into pieces and boil for 15 minutes.

Soak the bulgur, then add the drained boiled pumpkin to it.

For the filling: Combine all the filling ingredients in a pan and cook over heat for 5 minutes.

Once all the components are ready, shape the kibbeh balls and prepare them for frying.

Fry the kibbeh until golden brown.
