This dish works very well for snacks or as brunch or best to serve as an accompaniment to dinner in chilled winter night.

Assemble all ingredients

Fry potato, paneer and keep aside

In pan add 2 tbsp butter, add cumin seeds, let it crackle then add ginger garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Then add onion and stir fry till it turns pinkish or translucent, then add chopped veggies like capsicum, carrot, beans, broccoli, chilli and cauliflower. Stir fry all under medium flame by adding little salt for 3-4 minutes.

Now add boiled green peas + garam masala and stir fry for 2-3 minutes

Now add 1/2 cup water + salt and cook under cover for 3-4 minutes and check in between.

Add paneer and potato, mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Now paneer veggie bhaaji is ready

Serve hot with roti / paratha.
