Ingredients

25 minutes bake time

4 people

1/2 cupFlour
6 tablespoonsCocoa powder
1/2 cupVegetable oil
1/2 cupMilk
2 teaspoonsLemon juice or vinegar
1/2 cupSugar
1/2 teaspoonBaking powder
Pinchsalt

25 minutes bake time

Mix milk and lemon juice or vinegar and keep aside

Sieve flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder together

Add sugar and combine. Stir in the milk and oil and whisk gently
4

Bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees on the middle rack
5

Serve plain because it’s already too delicious.!
