Wet Ingredients
1+1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
1/2 cupbrown sugar
1/2 cupwhite sugar
Pinchsalt
1/4 cupMilk
1/2 cupOil
2 teaspoonvinegar
Dry Ingredients
1+1/2 cup Flour (Maida)
1+ 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
1 Tablespoonspice mix (ginger powder, nutmeg and Cinnamon)
1/2 cupraisins
1 TablespoonPoppy seeds

Mix together pumpkin puree, sugar. Add milk, oil and vinegar and whisk for a minute.
Sieve all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and then add to the wet ingredients in 3 batches.
Add raisins and Poppy seeds and mix. (Keep some seeds for garnishing on the top)

Pour in a greased tray and pour the batter. Spread some Poppy seeds and sunflower seeds on top.
Bake @175⁰C for 20 minutes.

It is not easy, but try to cut the loaf the next day. It helps to give that perfect loaf texture and the pumpkin brings out the taste.
