Boiled a 1 cup water in big vessel. Than add a Onion, ginger, garlic, green chili, palak and blanche it. Than drain it.Take the mixture in grinder jar and make a smooth pure.

Heat a ghee and oil on medium flame. Than add a Khada masala powder,salt, peas, capsicum, sugar and kishmish. Stirring and saute it.

Than add a paneer and palak pure. Stir and mix well. Than add a cream and curd Paste Add 1 tablespoon water. Mix well and switch off the flame. Don't close the lid.

Garnish with tomato pieces, cashew pieces and paneer. Looking very delicious, tastey, healthy Shahi Palak Paneer Bhurji is ready for serve. Serve hot with paratha, roti or kulcha.
