  2. 2 tbspgochujang paste
  3. 1garlic glove, finely grated
  4. 1 tspsesame oil
  5. 1 tbsprice vinegar
  6. 1 tbspmirin
  7. 1 tspsoy sauce
  8. 1 tspsugar
  9. Toppings
  10. 4eggs
  11. 2 bunchspinach
  12. 8 ozmushroom, sliced
  13. 2carrots, cut into 3-inch sticks
  14. 2 tbspminced garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the mushroom with sesame oil and a drip of soy sauce in a skillet with medium high heat for 2 minutes. Set aside.

    Cook the carrot with sesame oil in a skillet with medium high heat for 7 mins until tender. Set aside.

    Stir the spinach with sesame oil, garlic, and drip of soy sauce in a skillet for 3 mins until wilt. Set aside. Squeeze out the excess liquid when cool.

    Fry the eggs.

    Place toppings and a spoon of prepared sauce over rice.
