I like bibimbap and have made this for a while.

I used spinach here, but you can use cucumber, nanohana, chrysanthemum greens, etc. It will also turn out well if you use boiled fern. You can add a raw egg (just the yolk) or soft-poached. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 150 gramsGround beef
  2. 1/2 tbsp★Soy sauce
  3. 1 tsp★Sugar
  4. 1 tsp★Grated white sesame seeds
  5. 1 clove★Minced garlic
  6. 1 tbsp★Chopped spring onion
  7. 1★White pepper
  8. 2 tsp★Sesame oil
  9. 1 bagBean sprouts
  10. 1 mediumcarrot Carrot Namul
  11. 1bundle of spinach Spinach Namul
  12. 1 bagof bean sprouts Bean Sprout Namul
  13. 2Eggs
  14. 1Gochujang

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Season the ground meat with the ★ ingredients. Let sit for 10 minutes. Stir-fry in a heated pan on high heat.

    Add a pinch of salt to the eggs, make an omelette and shred it thinly. Set aside. Prepare each of the other namul toppings and set aside.

    Serve rice in a bowl and top with the namul, the ground meat, and the shredded egg around the bowl in a circular arrangement. Garnish with gochujan.

    Mix everything together well and enjoy.
