Steps

Cut squash, peeled carrots and peeled apple into small chunks. Finely chop garlic and grate ginger.

Fry onion on med-high for 3 min, then add garlic and ginger. After 2 min set heat to high and add squash and carrots, then fry for 5 more min.

Add 1l water, boullion cubes, sambal, apple chunks and juice of the orange.

Simmer on med for 20 min, then blend until smooth.
