  • 1 cupplain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cupsgrated parmesean
  • 2Limes, juiced
  • 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 2 tspkosher salt
  • 1 tspwhite ground pepper
  • 1/2 cupcilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tspTajín

    In a medium mixing bowl, mix all ingredients. Whisk until smooth

    Sprinkle Tajín over the top

  3. 3

    Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, enjoy!
